How are your pottery pieces made?
Every item at The Pottery Studio is wheel-thrown or hand-built by artisans using premium stoneware clay and lead-free, food-safe glazes.
Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, most of our collections are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher. However, we recommend hand-washing pieces with gold luster or delicate textures to ensure longevity.
How do you ensure fragile items aren't broken during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and biodegradable starch peanuts to ensure your ceramics arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for handmade items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Please note that since each piece is handmade, slight variations in glaze and shape are expected and celebrated.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within North America and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I place a custom order for a specific color or set?
